I could tell that the testing process was thoughtfully designed with care in mind. I really liked the app, especially the attention to privacy. The video instructions were super helpful, and it was very considerate to give them in separate short clips, as I am someone who often has to loop back during long instruction videos. It was nice to have the videos muted by default, for discretion. I also appreciated that my test results were shown on a private and password-protected app, rather than displayed on the physical test kit where others might see.
