Deleting your Visby Medical account will permanently remove your personal information, test history, and results from our system. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly through the Visby Medical App:
Go to: Settings > Profile > Delete Account
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Important Information Before You Proceed
- Your test results, medical history, and account activity will be permanently deleted.
- If you have an active or pending test, we recommend waiting until results are delivered before submitting your deletion request.
- This process does not cancel existing or pending orders.
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Visby’s services again in the future.
